STEP 1 - Applicable for all players
Download SAFA Registration form. You will be required to attach it to the form.
Download SAFE Registration form here.
STEP 2 - Applicable for all players
EFT your registration Fee of R2000. You will be required to attach a POP PDF to the registration form.

STEP 3 - Applicable for all players
2 digital Photos. Please ensure they are clear and of your head and shoulders only, preferably on a white background.
Please supply your photos by renaming them with your Name and Surname
e.g. “John_Smith.jpg”
STEP 4 - Applicable for New players
If you have played for a previous club, you will be required to attach your clearance certificate from your existing club. You will also be required to attach a copy of your ID or Birth certificate.
