WE WILL NOT ACCEPT:

Partly filled/incomplete forms (ensure forms are are filled correctly with all contact information– mobile contact numbers, email addresses, addresses, etc. 

Members will not be registered OR be allowed to take part in practices/matches, unless deposit payment has been made.

All copies of Birth Certificates / ID’s need to be clear, readable and to be of good quality. 

ID photo’s need to:  – be of head and shoulders only    – have a white background, be clear, not blurry and be in colour. Photo must be a recent photo and not older than 6 months.

COST:

TOTAL FEES: Sub fees U7-U18: R1800     Sub fees Seniors: R2000

Deposit: R900  (No players will be allowed to partake in practices or matches 

NOR will any player be registered until the deposit fee has been paid in full).

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT OF R200 applies when total full fee amount is paid before 31 March.

SIBLING DISCOUNT OF R200  applies for each additional sibling.

PAYMENTS:

For payment reference, use players full name and age group (eg. JohnDoes-U8)

Proof of payment (POP) can be emailed to registrations@edgemeadfc.co.za as well as 

needs to be uploaded when registering. 

POP showing deposit amount of R900 to be uploaded when registering.

EFT Bank details can be found on the membership form.

Cash/Card payments will be accepted at the club from 4 March.

Snapscan (QR payment code) can be sent on request.
